All recovered patients have to undergo rigorous testing before they are cleared to be discharged. They have to be tested negative for the virus twice over separate days. The Health Ministry reiterated this in response to reports of re-infection cases coming out of China. It also clarified that reports of infections transmitted by people who show no symptoms are few and far between.
